A Healdsburg restaurant has been named one of the 50 best restaurants in the world. Single Thread came up 37th on “The Worlds 50 Best Restaurants” 2021 rankings, up from 71 in 2019. The recognition also comes after last week’s news that Single Thread retained it’s three Michelin-star designation. Owners Kyle and Katina Connaughton were in Belgium to accept the honor. Two other Bay Area restaurants were also on “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants” list: Benu and Atelier Crenn, both in San Francisco.
