ELK GROVE, Calif. (KTXL) — The California Highway Patrol is responding to a rollover crash on the northbound I-5 Laguna Boulevard onramp.
The car involved in the crash is not on the roadway, and a tow truck is at the scene for its removal.
At least one person died in the crash, the CHP told FOX40.
The cause of the crash is unknown.
