The Voice US season 21 will feature Ed Sheeran as its mega mentor, it's been revealed.

The hugely successful singer-songwriter of tracks like 'Lego House', 'Shape of You' and 'Castle on the Hill' will appear on the current season after the Battle rounds and ahead of the Knockout rounds.

This section of the competition sees contenders paired against a teammate, choosing their own track to belt out on stage, with Sheeran on hand to offer expert technical and performing advice.
