The tease arrived when Weekly Dragon Ball Newsshared an update with a new video, and Uchida showed up as always hosting the event, and he shared key details about the panel.

As NYCC previously confirmed, the Dragon Ball Super panel will take place on Thursday, October 7 at 12:30 - 1:30 PM EST at the Main Stage. Uchida said that the official Dragon Ball website will update fans in real-time as the panel takes place, and that will likely include the official English website. There will be "heaps" of new information about the new feature film.

According to the panel's description, the special guests are Akio Iyoku (editor for Akira Toriyama/executive producer of Dragon Ball series) and Norihiro Hayashida (producer of TV animation and films for Dragon Ball series including Dragon Ball Super: BROLY). Voice actors Ian Sinclair and Monica Rial are also expected to be at the panel.
