Stir-Fry Sauce

Makes: 8 Servings (1/2 cup)

Servings Size: 1 Tablespoon

INGREDIENTS

* 2 tablespoons sodium-free beef bouillon

* 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

* 1 teaspoon dark molasses

* 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

* Dash black pepper

* 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

* 1 cup water

* 2 tablespoon cornstarch

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.

2. Boil gently, uncovered, for 5 or more minutes, or until sauce is reduced to half cup.

3. When cooked and cooled, pour into jar with lid.

4. Keep in the refrigerator.

5. Stir before using.
