Kelly Clarkson's Ex-Husband Brandon Blackstock In Denial Over Losing Montana Ranch In Divorce, Caught On Camera Clearly Confused When Asked About Judge's Ruling
Kelly Clarkson's ex-husband, Brandon Blackstock, doesn't understand the law, or he's in complete denial.
The singer's former hubby seemed downright confused when a shutterbug asked him his feelings on the judge in their divorce granting Clarkson sole ownership of the Montana ranch.
Blackstock currently lives at the property, so imagine the photographer's surprise when Brandon shot down those claims.
According to Clarkson's ex, the judge hasn't made the decision yet — but legal documents say otherwise.
Paparazzi caught up with Blackstock outside of LAX on Tuesday. Wearing a flannel shirt, a vest, and a baseball cap, the former music manager-turned-full-time-ranch hand flat out denied that his ex won their prenup war.
As RadarOnline.com reported, the judge ruled their prenup was valid, despite Blackstock's fight to get it thrown out in their divorce.
Instead, the judge ruled the contested premarital agreement would stay in place, meaning Clarkson gets to everything she earned during their 7-year marriage.
On September 30, the judge also ruled in Clarkson's favor over the ranch. "The Court therefore rejects Respondent's [Brandon's] position that the Montana Ranch and other Montana properties are marital property owned 50/50 by the Parties," the documents read.

According to reports, Blackstock still lives on the Montana property, but the Since U Been Gone hitmaker has a game plan on booting him out.
Despite winning the ranch and keeping her multimillion-dollar fortune, Clarkson isn't off the hook when it comes to child and spousal support.
Blackstock is collecting a whopping $200,000 check from his famous ex every month.
The Grammy winner has been ordered to pay $150,000 in spousal support and $45,601 in child support per month. Clarkson is also responsible for their two children's pricey education. The judge decided she will pay 70% of the tuition and other costs associated with their children's private school.
Despite the large monthly spousal and child support bill, Clarkson isn't strapped for cash. The decision was made based on the duo's monthly income. Blackstock makes $10,000 per month, while Clarkson pulls in a whopping $1.5 million!
Maybe he can use one of those checks to buy himself a new ranch.
