The Los Angeles Lakers run the best center carousel in the league. The ride starts every offseason, continues a year, and then starts up again the following summer.

Heading into the 2021 regular season, Marc Gasol is out. So are Andre Drummond and Montrezl Harrell.

The Los Angeles Lakers center rotation is going to be much different.

Dwight Howard is back after a one-year stint playing behind Joel Embiid in Philadelphia. Anthony Davis is also back, with a promise to new Lakers point guard Russell Westbrook, that he’ll up his minutes manning the middle this season to make the offense flow better. The Lakers also brought in former Clipper DeAndre Jordan to round out the rotation.

We’ll look at DeAndre Jordan, Dwight Howard, and Anthony Davis and see what each player has to offer throughout the 2021-2022 season.
