Boston Red Sox catcher Kevin Plawecki is not in the starting lineup for the AL Wild Card Game against right-hander Gerrit Cole and the New York Yankees on Tuesday.
Plawecki is starting over Christian Vazquez and catching Nathan Eovaldi.
