NBA.com’s annual general manager survey provides a wide lens into how the team executives view their opponents from both a player and team prospective.

On Tuesday, the 2021-22 GM survey was released. After an eventful offseason, the Chicago Bulls were voted the most improved team, receiving 27% of the vote.

The Bulls added Lonzo Ball, DeMar DeRozan and Alex Caruso to a roster led by All-Star Zach LaVine.

Lonzo Ball also received 10% of the vote for the most underrated player acquisition.

With these additions, Chicago looks to insert itself into the heart of the Eastern Conference playoff picture after missing the postseason last season.
