Bailey (shoulder/COVID-19) is on the ice for Tuesday's practice, Brendan Batchelor of Sportsnet 650 reports.
Bailey underwent shoulder surgery in late March and tested positive for COVID-19 in late September, so he'll likely be eased in at practice before potentially entering the lineup for a preseason contest. The 26-year-old winger drew into just three games with the Canucks in 2020-21, going scoreless over that span. He'll likely spend the majority of the upcoming campaign in the minors.
