The Good Doctor Season 5 Episode 3 is titled Measure of Intelligence, and it will revolve around Shaun trying to tell Salen that she's not necessarily correct.

Shaun and Salen have already been struggling to see things eye to eye because the former has more experience in the medical field. On the other hand, the latter has more say at St. Bonaventure Hospital because she's the new boss in town.

Ahead of Salen's arrival, the creators of TheGood Doctor already teased the appearance of an internal nemesis for Shaun. And this character will challenge Shaun, who is on the Autism Spectrum.

Salen wants to change many things at the hospital, but Shaun knows that not all her ideas would work. However, the lead character will have a hard time explaining himself to Salen because he doesn't like sudden changes and major confrontations.

Elsewhere in Measure of Intelligence, Glassman (Richard Schiff) will be forced to accept his new role.

In the previous seasons, Glassman expressed his desire to retire from St. Bonaventure Hospital because he's not getting any younger. But one of his motivations for staying is Shaun.

So, it would be exciting to see what Glassman's new role will be at the hospital and how he would interact with Shaun and Salen in the upcoming episodes.

In The Good Doctor Season 5 Episode 2, Salen already showed the residents at St. Bonaventure Hospital that she means business.

And when we say business, we mean that the new hospital administrator believes that the best patient care is to send them home as quickly as possible.

Salen also has a ton of ideas on how to run the hospital. And she wants to change every single rule in place.

But since she doesn't have the experience, her ideas just look good on paper.

Shaun and the other residents are the ones who are more knowledgeable when it comes to running the hospital. However, Salen doesn't want to listen to them.

To make things worse, she didn't seem concerned when Shaun suffered a meltdown.

Will Salen's Arrival End Shaun And Lea's Relationship?

Since Shaun doesn't do well with stress, it has been a common prediction that he would eventually end his engagement with Lea.

The latter might also reach a point where she no longer knows what she should do to try and take care of Shaun.

Ahead of The Good Doctor Season 5 premiere, ABC dropped another trailer showing Shaun apologizing to Lea while they are at the altar.

This suggests that the couple's wedding might not push through in the upcoming episodes.

Jordan, Asher Will Become More Competitive Than Ever

In The Good Doctor Season 5 Episode 2, audiences already saw a new competitive side to Jordan (Bria Samone Henderson) and Asher (Noah Galvin).

But in The Good Doctor Season 5 Episode 3, audiences can see more of their tense working relationship play out.

While speaking with TV Line, the showrunner said that there will always be some level of competition between Jordan and Asher, especially since they come from two different worlds.

"Jordan is an entrepreneur. She's also a hustler, She's all about innovation, and she's tech-savvy, so with the new ideas that Salen brings into the hospital, Jordan is down to play. Jordan really likes the newness of it, the quickness of it, the fast pace of the takeover… I think she's definitely for it," Henderson explained.

ABC just dropped the official trailer for The Good Doctor Season 5 Episode 3. And the 29-second clip opens with Lea (Paige Spara) checking up on her fiancé, Shaun. The latter couldn't sleep because he was stressed out from his recent encounter with Salen.

Lea acknowledges the fact that Shaun dislikes sudden changes, but this doesn't seem to console the latter.

In the next scene, Lea is talking to Glassman about her and Shaun's struggles. Glassman tells Lea that everything is changing in their lives.

For her part, she has a new fiancé, and Shaun has a new boss, which is why he's feeling anxious.

In another scene, Shaun storms inside Salen's office to confront her about the changes that she made without asking the residents first.

Shaun screams and suffers from a meltdown before Lea, and the other residents try to calm him down.
