Right now, the tech retailer is selling the Roomba i7+ for $50 off its list price of $799.99, bringing the price down to $749.99. The i7+ is our top pick for the best robot vacuum, having impressed us with its convenient self-emptying ability and strong suction power. During our testing, the i7+ picked up an average of 10.5 grams of dirt on hardwood floors and carpets, on par with a light manual cleaning from a regular-sized vacuum. Any dirt is collected by the vacuum's dirt tower attached to its charging station, keeping it in a sealed bag inside the tower to be emptied when full without users ever having to touch or smell what was vacuumed up. We also found that the i7+ can maneuver around most pieces of furniture, and appreciated that it makes virtual maps that track cleaning cycles and more.
We also tested the Jet M6 and Jonathan Chan, Reviewed's senior manager of lab operations, called it "the best hard-floor maintainer we’ve tested." He was impressed with its ability to go under chairs (including ones with skirts), scoot around table legs and even how it pushed aside a throw rug without getting stuck. Like the i7+, the M6 also cleaned a significant amount of grime and dirt.
