According to the synopsis, Dr. Montgomery is back in the Grey Sloan halls and her expertise is much needed as she tries to help Chief of Surgery Dr. Richard Webber with the new residents of the hospital. We all know how Dr. Montgomery can be stern, she would be a really good chief someday.

Meredith Grey is also on the edge of making a life-changing decision. Currently, the frontrunner of the show is in Minnesota and has been offered a chance of a lifetime as she pursues in finding a cure for Alzheimer's. Whether she stays or not in Minnesota is something fans will have to wait and see.
