Sixers vs. Raptors preseason preview: How to watch, start time

Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

The Philadelphia 76ers take on the Toronto Raptors on Monday to open the preseason slate in Canada, and if you’re wondering how you can watch all the action live, you’ve come to the right place. The Sixers will look to tighten some things up in live game action after a solid week of training camp.

The Sixers will work Tyrese Maxey into a new role. He is taking over as the starting point guard with Ben Simmons out of the picture because of his holdout. Maxey will have to adjust to being a true point guard and get Tobias Harris and Seth Curry the ball where they need it, so this will be his first test in that regard. Joel Embiid will miss the game due to rest.

Here’s when and where you should tune in to see the matchup:

  • Date: Monday, Oct. 4
  • Time: 7 p.m. EDT
  • Location: Scotiabank Arena Toronto, Ontario
  • Channel: No local television, listen on 97.5 The Fanatic
