The Indianapolis Colts defeated the Miami Dolphins 27-17 on Sunday in Miami. While the Dolphins aren’t the strongest team on the Colts schedule, and far from it, JMV thinks that the second half was the longest stretch of good football from the Colts this season.

“In the second half, it seemed like there was a little bit more cohesion in this group. You saw it offensively, I think you saw it better defensively. That was probably the longest length of time this football team has played at a decently good level.  I’m trying not to go overboard, too, because I know we all understand that the team they were playing was going to be one of those easy marks on the schedule. This team went out and you got a win.”

We’ll see if the Colts use this momentum against a much better team in Baltimore on Monday Night Football.
