Tommy Hilfiger, Anne Klein Among Amazon’s Black Friday Deals

Amazon is getting an immediate jump on Black Friday deals for the 2021 holiday, and already sharing discounts for shoppers on fashion merchandise from Tommy Hilfiger, Anne Klein and Nine West, as well as savings on its own increasingly popular private brands.

Starting Monday, Amazon will drop what it calls “Epic Daily Deals” online, ahead of Target’s “Deal Days” promotion that is returning Oct. 10-12.

The promotional launch comes as more shoppers are expected to get out in front of the peak season, with Klarna saying 40 percent of consumers are starting their holiday shopping earlier. Mastercard, Deloitte and Bain & Co. all project least 7 percent sales growth amid high holiday demand.

“We’re excited to help customers get great holiday deals even earlier this year, including thousands of small business products,” said Dave Clark, CEO of worldwide consumer at Amazon. “Customers can confidently shop early knowing they are receiving incredible deals starting today, letting them get a head start on their holiday to-do lists so they can truly enjoy the holiday season.”

For the season, Amazon said it is offering Tommy Hilfiger men’s and women’s apparel at markdowns of up to 30 percent, as well as discounts on women’s watches from Anne Klein, Nine West and Swarovski nearing 50 percent. Tommy Hilfiger seems to have found a solid partner in Amazon even as large brands debate whether they should sell on the online marketplace—the PVH-owned label was also featured prominently ahead of Prime Day in June.

The e-commerce giant describes its holiday selection as its “biggest ever,” offering deals on products from categories including beauty, toys and electronics. As is tradition, the retailer is offering its Holiday Toy List and Electronics Gift Guides to assist shoppers throughout the holiday buying process, alongside customers’ “most-loved” items and an expertly curated list of stocking stuffers.

Stocking Stuffers curates a selection of products across fashion, electronics, toys, beauty and more, including items that may be suitable for a white elephant party. The list offers an array of gifts available under $10, under $25 and under $50.

The “most-loved” gifts section offers suggestions for gift-givers with similar suggested price points as the stocking stuffers promotion. Plus, throughout the gift guide, customers can find items that are trending now, along with gifts for beauty enthusiasts, kids and party hosts alike.

The Holiday Toy List includes more than 1,500 items, many brand-new for the holiday season and available exclusively at Amazon. While shoppers can buy products from Lego, Mattel, Hasbro, L.O.L. Recipients are notified when they receive a gift and enter their address. They can also opt to exchange the item for a gift card.
