Ask Pinstripe Alley: Yankees mailbag questions request

The postseason begins, and we want to know what’s on your mind throughout.

Ask Pinstripe Alley

At long last, October baseball is back. It could be a very short-lived run, with the Wild Card Game looming on Tuesday, or it could be a wild run to a pennant or even the title itself. So much is up in the air with this team, which can catch fire and submerge itself at a moments notice. Their mercurial identity has set them up with one of the toughest roads possible to a title, but they’re certainly capable of making some noise.

Since the nature of the postseason is so turbulent, the mailbag is in a bit of a tricky place. Early questions about the postseason run may become irrelevant if they get knocked out before the answers run, but offseason discussion may not be interesting if they’re making a run through the American League. The only way to solve this conundrum is to get questions on both sides of the aisle, so send in all the thoughts and concerns you may have about this team for a chance to be featured in our Yankees mailbag.

Answers will run on Friday morning. All questions received by the night of October 7th will be considered. You can leave your submissions in the comment section below or by e-mail to pinstripealleyblog [at] gmail [dot] com.
