Poganski was waived by the Jets on Monday for the purpose of sending him to the minors.
Poganski saw action in five games for the Blues last year without providing much in the way of production while averaging 7:34 of ice time. The Minnesota native will be hard-pressed to make a significant impact on the Jets roster this year and should be expected to primarily play in the minors.
