There's no sound on the video but what it shows is an all out brawl at Dundalk Middle School, what witnesses claim was an attack by both adults and students on 13-year-old girl.
"No kid should ever have to go to school afraid of being attacked in school," said Terri Jones.
Jones, who says her daughter who is autistic, says her daughter is the victim.
"I reached out, nobody helped me!"
Jones is stepping forward upset about what she sees as a lack of response from school officials. She says, she complained her daughter had been bullied in school for weeks then it escalated.
"Three weeks I’ve been reaching out to the board of education and to the principals to resolve this issue and no one called me back, no one sent a smoke message or anything."
Tina Averella is another mother who is outraged.
Her teenage daughter she says was the behind the camera recording the fight and it's not just that fight, there are others she claims that weren't caught on camera.
"That week I can tell you besides this fight that you guys saw there were several other fights that we were not made aware of," she said.
Averella and Jones said they don’t see action being taken to control the fighting by school officials or the district.
"I think the school system is letting our children down and our children do not feel safe going to school," said Averella.
By phone a spokesman for Baltimore County Public Schools told FOX45 News he could comment on the incident involving Jones' daughter specifically but said:
"We take these very seriously and it’s met with a serious investigation by the school officials and even law enforcement. We have a robust school resource program and others that are designed to short circuit disputes before they happen," said Charles Herdon.
"I went to the school not once, not twice but 3 times to report the seriousness of this bullying and nothing was done I’m disappointed, I’m disappointed," said Jones.
