NEW YORK —
With the appointments of the five members of the Cannabis Control Board, the first public meeting will be held Tuesday, October 5th at 1:30 p.m.

The board is responsible for laying out the framework for cannabis regulations in the state. It will also oversee licensing for cannabis businesses as well as approval for any actions made by the Office of Cannabis Management.
