Monster Hunter Rise PC System Requirements Revealed

Monster Hunter Rise PC System Requirements Revealed

Monster Hunter Rise will release on PC early next year, and now its system requirements along with exclusive PC features have been revealed thanks to the game's Steam page.

Monster Hunter Rise PC System Requirements

Monster Hunter Rise recommended system requirements (1080p/30fps on 'Low' settings):

  • CPU: Intel Core i3-4130 or Core i5-3470 or AMD FX-6100
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GT 1030 (DDR4) or AMD Radeon RX 550
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • Storage: 23 GB

Monster Hunter Rise recommended system requirements (1080p/30fps on 'Average' settings):

  • CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 or AMD FX-8300
  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 (VRAM 3GB) or AMD Radeon RX 570 (VRAM 4GB)
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • Storage: 23 GB

It's not surprising to see such low hardware requirements for the game, given that it was originally developed for the Nintendo Switch. Despite that, the lack of any high-end requirements for a more robust experience at higher resolution/frame rates shouldn't be seen as a negative, given that the game is still almost 3 months away from release.

Monster Hunter Rise PC Features

The PC version of the game will include the following features:

  • "Up to" 4K resolution
  • HDR
  • Support for ultrawide monitors
  • Unlocked frame rate
  • Free title updates

Monster Hunter Rise PC India Price and Editions

Monster Hunter Rise will be available in two editions in India on Steam:

The Deluxe kit will also be available for purchase separately at Rs. 879. The pre-order bonuses for the game include Palamute Retriever Costume layered armor, Palico Forest Cat Costume layered armor and Novice Talisman for some extra assistance in the early stages.

Monster Hunter Rise releases on Steam on January 12, 2022. The game is already available on Nintendo Switch. As of the time of writing, there have been no official announcements regarding cross-save between the Nintendo Switch and PC version, although that may change closer to the PC version's launch.
