PHOTOS & VIDEOS: Check Out the NEW Fireworks Dessert Parties at Magic Kingdom!

Fireworks parties are BACK at Walt Disney World!

Disney Enchantment

Today, fireworks dessert parties returned to Magic Kingdom with three new options to check out during the new Disney Enchantment show! You can now reserve your spot at the Pre-Party, the After-Party, or the Treats & Seats Party, depending on your fireworks-viewing style. Tonight, we’re checking out the Disney Enchantment After-Party and the Disney Enchantment Treats and Seats Party and bringing you a first look at what the experience is like!

How Do the After-Parties Work?

First of all, you’ll want to reserve your spot at this party in advance. We made our reservations back when they dropped on September 17th, but you can book them 60 days ahead of your visit on the Disney World website.

The Disney Enchantment After Party is $99 per adult and $59 per child (guests ages 3-9). It features the same sweets and treats as the Pre-Party, but instead of eating beforehand, you’ll be snacking after the show. This event is definitely for the night owls out there!

The Disney Enchantment Treats and Seats is more expensive at $114 per adult and $69 per kid. This experience offers the same treats as the other two parties, however you are guaranteed a seat on the patio of Tomorrowland Terrace.

Guests who pay for one of the dessert parties will have access to special viewing areas for the Disney Enchantment fireworks show. While the Treats & Seats Party has reserved seating at Tomorrowland Terrace, those attending the Pre-Party and the After-Party will have a standing-room-only viewing area at the Plaza Garden.

You’ll want to head to this reserved area 60 minutes before the fireworks begin to make sure that you get checked in for the show. When you arrive, you’ll be given a colorful wristband that depending on which party you are doing. Guests 21 and up will also get another wristband.

Then, you simply find a spot and wait for the show to begin!

The view

So what’s the view like? Well, from this area you still get a great view of Cinderella Castle and those projections.

The show has begun!

However, it is more difficult to see the projections on Main Street, U.S.A.

Love the view!

Still, what a beautiful view! When we made it back to Tomorrowland Terrace, the whole spread was already set up and ready to go! Doesn’t everything look delicious?!

The menu for the party includes a variety of sweet treats, like doughnuts, chocolate silk pie, tres leche, butterscotch pudding, cheese and crackers, and more!

As far as drinks go, they have a few different options including lemonade and POG juice! And for the over-21 crowd, you can get a glass of wine, beer, or champagne

Disney Enchantment Treats and Seats Party

If you’re heading to the Disney Enchantment Treats and Seats Party, then you’ll check in 60 minutes before the show begins at Tomorrowland Terrace.

A Cast Member will seat parties once you arrive, so note that you will not be able to choose your own seat. You’ll also be given a wristband with the corresponding color for this party. We had a pretty amazing view from our table!

The treats and drinks are the same as the other party, so you can take a look at the offerings up above. Guests can eat dessert and chill at their tables until the fireworks begin! Here’s the view from our table.

A beautiful view!

We love watching the show from this angle, but again, you can’t see the Main Street, U.S.A. projections.

Is It Worth It?

The fireworks parties are definitely a splurge, but if you want a guaranteed seat or special viewing area when you watch Enchantment, you’ll probably find these parties worth it. There are plenty of desserts to choose from and you can eat as much of them as you’d like. Special occasions are the perfect excuse to book one of these!

  1. Is it still 60 days in advance? The calendar lets you select a date 60 days out, but I have been checking every morning and there is nothing available more than around a week out (June 5th today). Are they really sold out/booked or are they not releasing them until later? I can’t seem to find this answer anywhere!

  2. Did they do away with the action stations? The cookie decorating seems definitely out but the all you can eat ooey gooey toffee cake was the best! My kids aren’t fond of Liberty Tavern so the dessert parties were my sneaky was of getting one of my favorite treats!
