New York Yankees, Tampa Bay Rays announce Sunday afternoon lineups with playoffs at stake

It all comes down to the final day. The New York Yankees and Tampa Bay Rays play the final regular-season game on Sunday afternoon with the Bombers playoff hopes on the line.

First pitch is set for 3:05 p.m. at Yankee Stadium. The game will be broadcast on the YES Network.

Michael Wacha (3-5, 5.26) will pitch for Tampa, while Jameson Taillon (8-6, 4.40) will go for New York.
