Arizona Diamondbacks infielder Ketel Marte is sitting Sunday in the team's game against the Colorado Rockies.
Marte is being replaced at second base by Josh VanMeter against Rockies starter German Marquez.
In 373 plate appearances this season, Marte has a .319 batting average with a .912 OPS, 14 home runs, 52 runs and 50 RBI.
