Did Clemson really miss this bad at QB. I know Deshaun and Trevor spoiled us. This kid couldn’t start at a decent high school right now. Did CU miss on quality offensive lineman? Cannot shine this turd up anymore. They are terrible on offense. Going to stay that way. Also, injuries. Is this a team of iron marshmallows now? Just wondering. What has happened? Just wish we could get some honest answers for once this year.

We are running power running plays with a very weak o line and no depth at rb. We are running play action with a slow drop back passer. Our wr/qb timing and anticipation can't get worse. We've also never recruited lineman well other than center. And our play calling? We were averaging over 7 a carry this game and instead of leaning on that in the 4th to put the game away we call multiple passes and roll out a slow qb and only burn 18 seconds.

DJ had some bad throws. The receivers are not helping any. They are catching balls they should but are dropping a lot of balls. This was our best offense outing to date. Except for SC State. That is encouraging. I saw real progress today. That said we still have a long way to go.

I am glad we won, but we didn't win the game, BC lost it. The defense didn't stop them, they stopped themselves. We still have a lot of work to do. I am still stunned how awful our offense is and why we can't seem to cover a back or tight end on defense. If BC had a QB with any accuracy down field, they would have beaten us by double digits as he missed 4 or 5 wide open receivers down field that would have likely scored.

We absolutely suck on offense and the defense is wearing out

Potter was 4 for 4. That’s pretty darn hard. Thank you BT

This year’s offense is opposite of proficient totally. Probably the worst in the past 30 seasons without a doubt.

Need to savor every win for sure because it appears the days of rolling people are gone for this year. Enjoy what we can get. Sadly I didn't learn anything either tonight - except my concern for the D wearing out increased. We can only do so much and have played about 8 games now when you count plays, we now don't have enough DT's to help in the middle or get pressure going down the stretch - thank goodness for a bad snap and we still (for years now) just flat REFUSE to cover a TE. I didn't learn anything on offense I didn't already know - we are an average team at best. I know I don't get to see practice but raise your hand if you think TP can really so much behind DJ that he cannot even get a snap or a series so change things up a bit if nothing else. I guess you could say we have room to grow....

They won’t play TP at QB at all season in fear of rattling DJ’s confidence and having DJ entering the transfer portal as a result. The best case scenario is a freshman QB from Tx beats him out next season as the started
