Peca was waived by St. Louis on Saturday, Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports.
Peca drew into five games with the Senators last season, picking up one helper over that span, so he may get a look with the Blues at some point in 2021-22, but this move indicates he'll start the season in the minors.
