Czuczman was waived by Minnesota on Friday, CapFriendly reports.
Czuczman spent the majority of the 2020-21 campaign with AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton, picking up four helpers in 28 appearances, but he also drew into two games with the Penguins, going scoreless over that span. The 30-year-old defender will likely spend the majority of the upcoming season in the minors.
