Tepera (finger) was activated from the injured list Friday, Daryl Van Schouwen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Tepera has missed three weeks with a finger laceration, but he'll return in time to make a tune-up appearance or two prior to the playoffs. Mike Wright was designated for assignment to clear a spot on the roster.
