Welcome to Plathville, do Ethan and Olivia stay together?
There has been so much drama with Ethan and Olivia on Season 3 of Welcome to Plathville. This has left a lot of fans wondering if the couple ends up staying together or if they go through with a divorce. However, now, Olivia has confirmed this on her Instagram.
It seems that Ethan and Olivia would keep their relationship status a secret considering Welcome to Plathville is still airing and in the height of the drama. However, Olivia Plath posted on her Instagram story an hour ago and made it clear the couple are still together.
The story is an ad for a dating game app. Both she and Ethan are featured in the ad. It starts by just Ethan Plath saying:
“So Olivia and I both have very busy lives to help us stay connected we recently downloaded an app called paired for couples.”
Then, the camera pans to Olivia Plath who is hanging on to Ethan’s arm.
“The app has a ton of games and quizzes on it designed to help you get to know your partner better. Tonight while we’re out on a special date we are going to show you how it works,” she says.
So, not only are they in an ad together, but they are going on dates. That’s great news for Ethan and Olivia fans!
Of course, they could be faking but that doesn’t seem like it’s in Ethan’s personality. Ethan however did seem a bit quiet during the video. Perhaps he just isn’t super comfortable with Instagram.
This actually isn’t the first time.
This isn’t the first time Ethan and Olivia have been together on social media since they moved away from each other.
Recently, Moriah Plath posted a photo on her Instagram of her roller skating. Ethan and Olivia are both there in the pictures. Not only that, but Ethan has his hand on Olivia.
So, it seems like in the end despite the new season of Welcome to Plathville, Ethan and Olivia do end up staying together. Either that or they are really playing it up on Instagram.

I love Ethan and Olivia and I am happy they stayed together. I was kind of upset with Olivia for trying to make Ethan do everything her way. Starting with the tattoo. She knew he had no interest in getting a tattoo, but she kept pushing him to get a matching one. He gave in and did it for her. And moving to Tallahassee. Either he moves to the city or she is done with the marriage. No give on her part! She is married to him and knows he does not like living in the city. She knows he loves working on his old cars. This is nothing new to her, but she has no problem making him give up what he loves as long as she gets her way. But Ethan is not innocent in it all. He needs to talk to her about what he really wants. Even though she knows what he wants, he needs to learn to express things. There are other small rural areas right outside of big cities so they both can have what they want.

I am disgusted with Olivia. She loves only herself and has anger issues with her own family! She is selfish and instead of getting a reconciliation with Ethan’s family she is constantly stirring up trouble!
I agree, Olivia is pushy and kind of mean. I’m glad she’s in therapy I think she needed it. Ethan lived a very sheltered life and she expected too much from him. She’s too over the top. She gets on my nerves. While I agree that Kim and Berry (mostly Kim) had issues with her in the past she kept carrying them on and on and on. It was stressing Ethan to his breaking point. He had nobody to turn to when she left him. He was left isolated and he gave his family up to remain bonded to her. Nobody should be asking that of any spouse. Get over it. Ethan is a good guy, he’s grown up a lot. If they split up he won’t any problems finding anyone. She’s high maintenance.
Moira needs to grow up too. She’s funny and friendly but she’s very immature and attention seeking…all the time. She’s not wearing her make up correctly but nobody is saying anything to her. Why? Smh 🤦🏻♀️
I cannot stand Olivia I actually refuse to watch it any more because of her the side of her gets me very angry and I would rather not watch the show one of the biggest manipulating controlling fakest people I have seen she became well off because of the show and because of Her photography I’m from Australia and we just don’t get it
I agree 100%. I also feel like she worked him up to have this harsh attitude toward his parents. I always felt like she was projecting her problems with her family on his and I recently saw an article that somewhat confirmed that. At the end of the day Ethan is grown and can do what he wants but he can not tell he parents how to raise their children. Him or Olivia. She seems to have convinced their opinion matters in that and it doesn’t. When they have kids of their own they can do how they feel. To be honest with you Ethan and his siblings all seemed pretty happy until Olivia told them they weren’t. I see that ending badly however.
Olivia is one sick b####. Ethan should tell her to take her self-righteous ass and not let the door kick her in her ass.

Thank you, I agree! Oliva manipulates that poor man into following where ever she wants- away from his family- out of the house he loves living in. All the while playing the victim of the “horrible” Kim who may have made different choices than I would have raising my kids-but did a great job making sure they all felt loved! Olivia’s only joy is in keeping the tear in the family unhealed- and she couldn’t care less if it causes Mariah and all her other siblings the deepest pain. Get over yourself Olivia- your a pathetic!

I believe Olivia is going goofy because of the cameras. Ethan should put his foot down and tell her to compromise regarding where to live or she can shove it. Plenty of young more beautiful with a heart that would love the chance to be with him!
I don’t like Olivia at all and Ethan is even worse for actually going against his family for this terrible manipulative person. She is so controlling and 100% manipulative. She good at hiding her manipulation if you are dumb like Ethan.
Then she tells Ethan’s sister that she will do the concert with her if her parents don’t come what a malicious psycho bitch. Please get rid of this couple on the show they are so disrespectful to his parents and I just can’t stand seeing how blinded and dumb Ethan is for this bitch.
I don’t like Olivia I think she’s the problem . She has divided ethans family. I feel very sorry for his family. She is a stubborn Hard headed young woman an has to have her own way in everything. I hope he divorces her. He deserves much better. I would hate to have her for a daughter in law.
Kim is a controller and she should stay out of Ethan and Olivia’s lives. A man should be able to leave his father and mother and cleave to his wife. If Kim is such a Christian believer, she would let him go.
As far as Ethan and Olivia, I see Olivia as being very manipulative and dramatic. She’s also making a yoyo out of Ethan by going up and down about whether they should be together or not. I’ve been married for 34 years. Marriage is not about manipulation to get what YOU want, but it’s about compromise. I don’t see too much compromise in Olivia.
Honestly, I disagree with all of these hateful comments towards Olivia. I think that Olivia and Ethan are two very different people with different values and mindsets which has made them grow apart. They both want different things in life and at this point they no longer match. They admitted they got married very young because they were tired of the strict conservative rules that were being placed on their relationship. They didn’t fully know each other before they tied the knot. And now that they’ve grown, they’ve grown in opposite directions. We don’t know what happened when the cameras weren’t rolling, we don’t know what hurtful things were said or to who. We don’t know what went down in the past or the true impact that had on everyone involved. I don’t think it’s healthy for the two to stay together, their differences are holding them back from their true potential.
I got a bad feeling about Olivia from early on in the show.
She should get less air time and they should focus on the rest of the family. I’m tired of seeing her and I feel her days and marriage are numbered anyway.
Ethan will have enough one day. He’s so obviously not happy with her. He just hasn’t accepted that yet.
Coming between him and his parents was awful. Going after his dad – unbelievable. He will greatly regret that one day.
Moriah is behaving exactly how I would expect. I just hope she makes good choices with her freedom and her future.
I’m excited to see what Lydia does in the future.
I wish Ethan would drop this loser. Olivia is a master manipulator of mainly Ethan, but also of Moriah. She needs to grow the hell up and work on her narcissistic tendencies.
