Sept. 30 (UPI) -- Kyle Richards is shutting down Lisa Vanderpump's claim that she spread rumors about her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star Erika Jayne.
Richards, 52, appeared on Wednesday's episode of Watch What Happens Live, where she imitated Vanderpump, 61, while denying she spread rumors about Jayne, 50, at WWHL host Andy Cohen's baby shower.
"Okay, well, first of all, everyone who knows her texted me and said 'what a joke,' you know, including people involved in this," Richards said. "But I'm going to respond to that in a classic LVP manner."
Richards then imitated Vanderpump's British accent and hand gestures.
"I mean, Andy, I mean, I would never say something like this, ever. But one could argue perhaps that maybe her memory is fading along with her relevance, because she wasn't even at the baby shower! But I would never say something like that," Richards said.
Vanderpump left RHOBH in 2019 after clashing with Richards and their co-stars.
Jayne filed for divorce from her husband, Tom Girardi, in November 2020 after more than 21 years of marriage. News later broke that Girardi is being accused of misappropriating millions of dollars in client funds.
Former RHOBH star Camille Grammer said Sept. 17 on Twitter that "one of the housewives" mentioned the rumors about Jayne and Girardi at Cohen's baby shower in January 2019.
Vanderpump was asked about the identity of the person on DailyMailTV this week, saying the person who spread the rumors could be the person that her husband, Ken Todd, once kicked out of her house -- Richards.
On WWHL, Richards also analyzed the stories Jayne's told about Girardi and their marriage on RHOBH.
RHOBH is in its 11th season on Bravo. The series co-stars Lisa Rinna, Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke and Crystal Kung Minkoff.
