BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Police say a Battle Creek man was taken into custody and charged with felonious assault on Monday.
A domestic dispute was reported around 7:40 p.m. the area of Fremont and Calhoun in Battle Creek.
Police say negotiators were able to talk the man out of the home and he was taken into custody.
Police say a woman was treated for minor injuries.
