Police arrest two 15-year-old boys for allegedly stealing several guns from Ranch and Home

KENNEWICK -- The Kennewick Police Department, with the aid of the SWAT team, arrested two 15-year-old boys who allegedly broke into Ranch and Home and stole several guns on Sunday morning.

Detectives developed probable cause to arrest the juveniles and police say they witnessed the boys entering an apartment at the Heatherstone on Monday afternoon.
At 3:45 PM, police surrounded the Heatherstone Apartment building and blocked a portion of 10th Avenue.
The SWAT Team was called to assist. Police say they managed to detain the two boys. Police also searched the apartment and say they found numerous guns inside.

No one was hurt during the incident. The boys have been taken to the Juvenile Justice Center.
