Nicholas L. Bechtel, 40 years, of Fremont, NE passed away Friday, September 24, 2021 as a result of an auto accident.
Nick was born on December 3, 1980 to Kevin and Brenda (Lamb) Bechtel in Fremont, NE. He graduated from Fremont High School, class of 99’. He was currently working at Lincoln Federal Bank.
Nick was always one to make someone’s day better. He loved being around his family and friends, especially his niece. He was a big Steelers and Husker fan.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; and uncle, Allen Lamb.
He is survived by his parents, Kevin and Brenda Bechtel; brothers, Colt Bechtel; sister, Chelsea (Anthony) Knowlton; and niece, Celina; cousins, Tiffany Knutzen, Brian (Aneshia) Knutzen, Nathan and Chad Lamb; special friend, Barbie Randall; and many other friends and family.
Graveside service will be 10:30 A.M., Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Ridge Cemetery in Fremont.
Memorial visitation will be Wednesday from 5 P.M. to 8 P.M. at Moser Memorial Chapel in Fremont.
