DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — A Dothan man was arrested on Sunday by Dothan police after they were dispatched to a call in the 800 Block of Lagrand Drive.
Ray Thomas, 30, was arrested after he punched and choked a juvenile, according to police.
Thomas was booked into the Houston County Jail and charged with torture/willful abuse of child-family under 18 and domestic violence by strangulation with a bond set at $45,000.00.
