The Richard Harris Law Firm and Nevada Wheelchair Foundation have partnered to donate 300 wheelchairs for those in need. Those who qualify can go to the Richard Harris Law firm office at 830 S 4th St. on October 2 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
