Police ID, arrest motorcyclist wanted since Sept. 15 in Eugene

{p}Eugene Police thanked the public for providing the tips that led to the positive identification of a motorcyclist wanted since fleeing a traffic enforcement officer September 15 (pictured). Officers arrested Dakota Bradley Osborn, 19, on Monday morning, September 27. Osborn was taken to the Lane County Jail and charged with felony Elude by Vehicle. (EPD){/p}
