One person was hurt in a three-vehicle crash Friday in Dubuque. 88 year old Richard Schiltz of Dubuque, was taken by ambulance to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital for treatment of his injuries. According to Dubuque police, Richard Schiltz was a passenger of a vehicle driven by 27 year old Luke Schiltz of Dubuque. The vehicle driven by Luke Schiltz was behind a vehicle driven by 52 year old Vickie Specht of Maquoketa on Loras Boulevard. Both vehicles were stopped on Loras as Specht waited to turn onto Nowata Street. A vehicle driven 24 year old by Fallon Murphy of Dubuque failed to stop and struck the rear of Schiltz’s vehicle, causing it to strike the rear of Specht’s vehicle. Murphy was cited with driving under suspension, failure to maintain control and failure to provide proof of insurance.
