Williams cause of death has been learned, studios are in a bidding war for George Clooney‘s latest film with him starring with Brad Pitt, The Tender Bar starring Ben Affleck directed by George Clooney gets its release date, and we’re just getting started!
Chris wraps up every episode of FilmBookCast with a movie review. In FilmBookCast Ep. 154, he analyzes and reacts to The Card Counter directed by Paul Schrader.
Redemption is the long game in Paul Schrader’s THE CARD COUNTER. Told with Schrader’s trademark cinematic intensity, the revenge thriller tells the story of an ex-military interrogator turned gambler haunted by the ghosts of his past decisions, and features riveting performances from stars Oscar Isaac, Tiffany Haddish, Tye Sheridan and Willem Dafoe.
