CDC report shows high coronavirus transmission rates persist in all 100 NC counties

ATLANTA, GA —
North Carolina continues to show high transmission rates of coronavirus 19 in all 100 counties.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is reporting the percentage of people testing positive ranges from 10 to 15 percent.
In eastern North Carolina, Jones County currently has the highest rate of transmission with 15 percent of people testing positive.
Martin County is second with 14.8% of people testing positive...
Across the state, 256 COVID-19 deaths and 320 new hospital admissions were reported in the last seven days.
