Man dies after being pulled from water at Narragansett Town Beach

A man has died after being pulled from the water at Narragansett Town Beach.

Narragansett police officers and firefighters went to the beach Sunday afternoon for a man who'd been pulled from the water, the Narragansett police said in a press release.

First responders attempted to revive the man, and the Fire Department brought him to South County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to the police.

The man's name has not been released.

Foul play is not suspected, according to the police.
