March 9-12 BIG EAST Championship

*Gavitt Tip-Off Games

**Rocket Mortgage Fort Myers Tip-Off

***At Walsh Gymnasium in South Orange, NJ

****Big East/BIG 12 Challenge

*****Gotham Classic at Madison Square Garden

After the Pirates play their final non-conference game against Iona at Madison Square Garden on Dec. 18, the Big East gauntlet begins against St. John’s at Prudential Center two days later.

The three-month boxing match between Seton Hall and the rest of the conference will continue all the way until March when the Big East Tournament in the world’s most famous arena will take place from March 9-12.

The Pirates have their work cut out for them as head coach Kevin Willard, notorious for crafting demanding non-conference schedules for his teams, did not let up this year, setting up matchups with successful power conference opponents.

Seton Hall will then be tossed into an always shocking and unpredictable Big East schedule that is never an easy trek for any team in the conference.

After an offseason that had twists and turns not even a psychic could foresee, with the now finalized season schedule, only one thing is certain: it should be a fun and interesting season for the Seton Hall Pirates.
