Naruto Series Soundtracks Available Outside of Japan

For the first time since Naruto started airing on television in 2002, the soundtracks for the long-running shonen anime have become digitally (and legally) available outside of Japan. From September 24, 2021, Milan Records issued 19 albums digitally to stream. These albums include soundtracks from the Naruto and Naruto Shippuden shows and movies, as well as from Boruto: Naruto Next Generations and Boruto: Naruto the Movie. [Thanks, Pitchfork!]

Milan Records offers the entire library of Naruto, Naruto Shippuden, and Boruto soundtracks on its website. Clicking on them will take you to various streaming services or music apps. For example, you can use YouTube music, Spotify, or Apple Music. These albums are all free, so there is no need to decide which album you wish to buy.

Toshio Masuda worked on the scores for the original Naruto series and Naruto movies. He also provided the soundtracks for Mushishi, Excel Saga and Ai Yori Aoshi. When Naruto Shippuden started, Yasuharu Takanashi took over as the composer. He worked as a composer for numerous anime and video games, such as the Hell Girl series, Fairy Tail, and Sailor Moon Crystal.

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations will return to anime streaming services for yet another season this Fall 2021. Specifically, the show is part of the Crunchyroll Fall 2021 line-up.

The Naruto and Naruto Shippuden soundtracks are available from Milan Records’s website, as well as on music streaming services.
