ROANOKE, Va. (WFXR) – It’s back for the 34th year!

The Craftsman’s Fall Classic Art & Craft Festival will return to the Berglund Center from Friday, Oct. 1 through Sunday, Oct. 3.

The event has been voted in the Top 5 shows of its kind in Virginia as is ranked in the Top 20 shows across the nation.

The festival will feature hundreds of artists and craftsmen from over 20 states. This year, there will be many new exhibitors, as well as familiar favorites.

All of the items sold are made by participating artists and craftsmen that you won’t find at any big box retail stores, offering thousands of unique choices for every style, taste, and budget.

Items that will be featured include contemporary, traditional, functional, whimsical, and decorative treatments of pottery, fine art, glass, jewelry, baskets, weaving, clothing, furniture, sculpture, photography, wood, specialty foods, and more. There will also be gifts for all ages, collections, home accessories, and personal treasures.

Parking and admission to the event are free with any donation to Feeding America Southwest Virginia.

The festival will be open at Berglund Center at the following times:

  • Friday, Oct. 1: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, Oct. 2: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Sunday, Oct. 3: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Craftsmen’s Fall Classic Art & Craft Festival is the second-largest food drive of the year for Feeding America Southwest Virginia. In 2019, the event brought in over 20,000 pounds of food, as well as monetary donations for Feeding America Southwest Virginia.
