What Sam Pittman said after Arkansas upset Texas A&M to improve to 4-0
Sam Pittman and Arkansas just keep on winning.
After a 3-7 season in 2020, Pittman has the Razorbacks 4-0 after a victory against No. 7 Texas A&M at AT&T Stadium in Arlington. They were picked 2nd-from-last in the division in the SEC preseason poll, and despite having played just 1 conference game, they appear ready to exceed those expectations.
It’s the 2nd big upset of the season for the Hogs, who defeated then-No. 15 Texas at Razorback Stadium on Sept. 11. Currently at No. 16, they appear ready to rise in the polls once more ahead of a battle at Sanford Stadium against No. 2 Georgia, a team Pittman knows all too well.
For now, the Razorbacks will celebrate yet another victory and head back to Fayetteville with a trip to Athens on the horizon.
Here’s what the 2nd-year head coach had to say following the win:

Coach Pittman says he’s go for it on 4th down again like he did at the end of the first half. He was going for the KO punch. It didn’t work, but he said he’d do it again. #WPS @4029news pic.twitter.com/302djvl2dB
