Brown bear siblings at a wildlife sanctuary in Alaska apparently have mastered the adorable art of "synchronized napping."

That's how the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center described the accompanying footage, showing both bears expressing strikingly similar movements before settling for a snooze in a lush meadow.

The brother-and-sister bruins, Joe Boxer (JB) and Patron, arrived at the AWCC in 2004 after their mama was killed by a Willow resident after the sow killed a moose calf in the resident's backyard.

The resident told authorities that he was protecting his dog and that he was not aware that the sow had cubs.

JB and Patron were rescued from a nearby tree by a wildlife biologist and they’ve since become a popular attraction at the AWCC, which is located at Mile 79 on the Seward Highway.

According to the AWCC website, “The siblings have since thrived! They can both be found wandering their large wooded enclosure, digging holes in the ground, or catching fish in the stream running through the enclosure.

“The siblings also enjoy roughhousing with each other and their fellow bear, Hugo.”

The footage was captured by the AWCC’s Social Media & Administrative Manager, Alex Roberto, from the elevated boardwalk overlooking the sanctuary.
