Three Cattaraugus County residents were taken into custody Wednesday on charges stemming from a domestic incident that occurred last Saturday in the Town of Machias. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies say 35-year-old Wade Bingham of Delevan, 19-year-old Austin Frederick of Franklinville, and 32-year-old Shelly Hubbard of Randolph have been charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Deputies say Frederick and Hubbard were additionally charged with reckless driving and were both issued a stay-away order of protection and released on their own recognizance. All three were issued appearance tickets for Machias Town Court at a later date.
