Keeper was taken off the ice on a stretcher Saturday during training camp after suffering a leg injury, Jeff Paterson of TSN 1040 Vancouver reports.
The severity of the injury is unclear at this time, but it seems the 25-year-old could be in for an extended absence. Keeper has appeared in two NHL games in his career but has recorded 21 points through 72 AHL contests with Springfield and Syracuse.
