A Kalona woman was arrested on a local warrant Thursday.

Washington County Sheriff’s deputies executed the warrant in the 500 block of 5th Street at 4:04 p.m., according to the Washington County Communications Center. Thirty-five year-old Pamela Jo Sinn was taken into custody on charges of possession of a controlled substance – third or subsequent offense, a class D felony, hemp inhalation, a serious misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor.
