Saturday, Sept. 25

■ One Soul Yoga will host Yoga On (Off) the Square every Saturday at 9 a.m. During the fall and winter months, classes will be held at One Soul Yoga studio on Main Street in Sulphur Springs. During the spring and summer months, classes will be held on Celebration Plaza, downtown Sulphur Springs. All skills levels are welcome. The class is free to anyone.

■ Better Life Group of Narcotics Anonymous meets Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8 p.m. and Saturdays at noon at Wesley United Methodist Church, 614 Texas St. Call Gary or Lillie at 903-473-3329.

■ Free pool games are offered Mondays-Thursdays in The Canteen at Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 8560, located on Veterans Drive.

■ Recovery Group will meet every Monday at 7:30 p.m. at “The ROOOM,” located across the street from Morning Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 211 Fuller St.

Tuesday, Sept. 28

■ Fit and Strong with John Little will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday in the gym at The ROC, 115 Putman St. in Sulphur Springs, as part of the programs offered through the Sulphur Springs Senior Citizens Center. This is a free class, and participants should wear a face mask.

■ TOPS TX 1719 meets at 6 p.m. Tuesdays at Davis Street Baptist Church. Weigh-in begins at 5:30 p.m. For information, call Leslie at 903-243-0079 or Katena McCord at 903-243-1102; if no answer, leave a message.

■ Terrific Tuesdays Club, a program providing respite for caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, meets 9 a.m.-2 p.m. every Tuesday in the Family Life Center of First United Methodist Church, 301 Church St. One-on-one care is provided for the individuals who engage in various activities during the sessions.
