GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) – On Thursday, the Green Police Department has identified the suspect wanted for robbery as David Terrell McLawhorn, 30, of Greenville.

Officers arrested and charged McLawhorn with:

  • Dangerous Weapon,
  • Possession of a Firearm by Felon
  • Possession of Stolen Property
  • Possession of a Stolen Firearm

He is booked in the Pitt County Detention Center under a $300,000 bond.

GREENVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) — Greenville police were investigating an armed robbery that happened early Saturday at an apartment complex.

Officials confirmed the robbery occurred in a gravel parking lot near the intersection of Charles Boulevard and 14th Street. The victim ran to The Province apart complex to report the incident; however, the crime did not actually occur at the apartment complex.

The suspect was last seen fleeing southbound on Charles Boulevard towards Greenville Boulevard, riding a bicycle. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Greenville Police at (252) 329-4315.
